Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I belong to kabir panthi caste and 2 months back my father made his caste certificate for me from my hometown ..... and I am planning to make one for me aswell from mumbai ... since my parents belong to punjab and I am born in mumbai .. so I wanted to know that whether it will be a forge document if I prepare it from mumbai ? And also I want to know what is the verification procedure done by official?

If the certificate is issued by the competent authority in Mumbai, it will NOT be counted as a forged document. For verification procedure, you will need to contact the concerned office.
