Dear sir,
my elder brother ali who was attorny of my mother in a rent case in high court in the year 1976 this case was settled by supereme court of pakistan in favour of my mother.
now in the year 2016 in a different property partition case of the same property in the high court of sindh my brother ali is saying my mother is not owner of the property no 2209 p.i.b colony karachi.what is the legal position under limitation act 1908 .
