somebody registered a false f.i.r. against me of cheating him but i dont know why this man do this

At this stage what is relevant is how to wriggle out yourself out of this FIR and not that why did the complainant filed the complaint. If it is false and you have documents to show, then, you may file a writ in the high court for quashing of FIR or if the police is satisfied that the complaint is false, then police may also send a closure report to the magistrate
