i did a mistake of doing court marriage court marriage ,now he got married to some one else i don't have any relationship from that marriage onward ,not in that two years relationship sir advice me if i do marriage and get marriage affidavit it will be possible Ur advice

You need to take divorce as your marriage is registered.
