Among 395 Articles consists 19 - 30 significant Part - III Fundamental Rights Guranteed to Citizens Of India bears vital significance while running vibrant Democracy through by the people; of the people; for the people means an Election by the Referendum to choosing the leader to run an Appropriate Government before "State Legislative Assembly = Government Law Making body" is the called to be Federal Setup, or Which comes under Schedule - VII Of List - II CALLED AS THE STATE LIST (STATE GOVERNMENT); ANOTHER Of LIST - I CALLED AS THE UNION LIST (CENTRAL GOVERNMENT); LAST OF LIST - III CALLED AD THE CONCURRENT LIST(BOTH SUBJECTS INCLUSION (CENTRAL, & STATE); Part - IV CONSTITUTION OF INDIA SIGNIFYS DIRECTIVE PRINCIPLES OF STATE POLICIES) INCLUDES FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED FROM THE PUBLIC SERVANTS COMES UNDER THEIR OATHS, & AFFIRMATIONS OF THE SCHEDULE - III CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
