Legal Question in Construction Law in Pakistan
There is a barsati nala around my house which is owned by my neighbour when its raining too much water in it difficult for us to cross it i want to built a culvert on it but neighbour is not letting me do so can i legally do something plz help

Yes its your right to apply for concern UC and department and then file civil suit.
