Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Dear Sir,
I reside in Chennai. My father has property of 1000- sq ft. We planned to rebuild a house but my neighbour had encroached 4.5 inches (main beam of this house).Please advice what course of action we can take. Property is in my father name and he passed away in road accident 6 months back.
NOTE: We started our construction , my neighbour works in high court and im scared he may go against us and temporarily stop our work. Please advice how to face him/
