Legal Question in Construction Law in
I have taken a housing loan from hdfc, on the banakhat from the builder. It is already five months now, the construction still not ready.
I would like request you kindly let me know the validity of the Banakhat

you may approach the consumer court if the construction not done in time. validity period must be mentioned in banakhat.
