I AM INVEST IN SUMAN RESORT SCHEMES RS. 65,000/- IN 1997 ,Now company is in liquidation process , please help me, how i get the money from company.

Whether you were secured creditor? You have to put your claim before company court if winding up proceeding has been filed in company court. Consult with details. Sidharth 9811776422
