Legal Question in Construction Law in India

Could any one tell what legal action taken if a mosque is constructed just behind our house.before construction they never took our permission now many years passed due heavy loud speakers sound no body wants to occupy our rented house nor we are able to sell this house. We have invested lot money in this house. Pl tell what is the solution...they park vehicles everywhere and in around there are no Muslims all are Hindus. Inspite of less population they are giving us trouble in all ways...pl help me.

you ann file a RTI to find out if the proper procedure have been followed in terms of land allotment construction etc for building the mosque. At the outset only you should have taken a stay on the construction of the mosque.First see if it is leegal if not you can approach the Highcourt .for further query contact 9312411481.
