Is it legally valid that any construction activity ( Commercial Building for Head Office of a leading Textile Concern of Pakistan) adjacent to our residential premises continues after 10:00 PM (PAKISTAN STANDARD TIME ) My parents are very old and they both are Heart Patients.The age of my father is 81 years and my mother age is 70.Any sort of construction activity after 10:00 PM ( Pakistan Standard Time) is very painful for my family.Kindly advice us regarding the laws/restrictions about the noise polution of such activity
