Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Hi, I have purchased house which is being constructed yet..I invested in that project before three years ago...I lost trust in that project as it is yet to finish...I have invested 390000 as booking amt..I gave application to builder for cancellation of booking and asked him to return my booking amt back...but he says that I will get amount back once the cancelled property is booked with another customer...what should I do?...should I send legal notice or wait for booking?....plz advice...thanks
