Legal Question in Construction Law in India
We want to renovate our flat at Thane. We want to Change the main entrance of our flat so that the bedroom converts in hall and hall is in Bed room. We are staying on ground floor. There is a factory at basement and it makes vary noisence to us. For that we have to do the this changes and we have to build a staircase(10 steps) for this in society premises which is only used for factory without paying any charges. The society is asking charges of the land which we are going to use for staircase by current rate. Is it OK.
