Is that any temple can be made in common pasage ? One temple is made in my comoon passage what na I do?

Is the common passage belongs to govt or is it a private land? If its on govt. land or if it is made thereby obstructing the smooth passage for public, that could be demolished by the order of the court. Need more detail.

Dear Sir / Madam,
No construction is permitted on a path reserved for common thoroughfare. You should complain to the local Municipality on the ground of obstruction to freeway of pedestrians.
