Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pakistan
Do consumer courts deal with used products as well or not which were bought from other private persons. Like, i bough a mobile from a person and i took his cnic copy as well. when i checked it, i came to know that mobile mic is not working but at that time that person had gone away after taking money. so can i file a complain in consumer court for selling me this faulty mobile or not?
