Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

My Father did GIFTDEED on my younger brother name regarding his house property . But Society was not ready to accetp & required all nomonees NOC. Case go to registar office & registar office give decision in favor of my father . It takes 6 to 8 months. Between that my father admit in hospital due to heart attack . we did the By-pass & now he is OK. Can we do the case on society ( Or certain society members ) for menatl harasement of father & responsible for heart attack

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Society is nobody to insist on the NOC from all the nominees when your father who is the Owner of the flat, and being in the best position to deal with the flat in the manner he best deems fit, it is well within his legal right to gift his flat to your younger brother. YES, you can lodge a case on the Society for undue mental harassment of your father.
