Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I took heavy vehicle loans from a financer company and repaid it online, but the company tried to withdraw 8 lakhs by pledging my PDC but failed. I went to District Consumer Forum and the Forum ordered in my favour. Company filled an apple in the state forum. After 11 years withdrawn the same apple in the National Lok Adalat. When I filled an Execution in the District Forum, the said company again went the State Forum by filling a Revision Application to restore the apple and to get a stay on my Execution petition.
Is the R A maintainable ?
Is National Lok Adalat order be challenged ?
Any other legal feedback pls.

No, it is not maintainable.
No, national Lok Adalat order cannot be challenged unless there is legal technical issue involved.
There is limitation in filing execution Petition, however, this limitation stand extended if state commission has stayed the operation of impugned order.
