Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Hi,

I use ICICI credit card.

Once in the statement there was charge showing that I did a cash withdrawel.

Which I was sure I did not.

I asked them to check from which location did I do that trasaction.

They came back to me saying it was mistaken charge and are sorry for it.

Can I sue them for levying wrong charges on me.
