Hi Lawguru
Thanku for your answer again continueing to my question in those cheques i realised my signature were wrong and also i given complaint in the bank that those cheque were misplaced.hence iam requesting this company oftenly to return those cheque by verbaly.but those are not returning the cheques and they are threating me for bounce of cheques but now i am afraid which cheques i had given to them.but i have not given any police complaint regarding missplace of my cheques hence please guide me what i have to do.

First of all have to file a complaint in the court if you are not wrong.
