Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I ordered a product from an Instagram Page in December, it has been 4 months now that they have not delivered the product, nor have they shared any tracking details. I have been mailing them and messaging them on Insta and mail. But I get no response from them. Is there any legal action that I can take against this.

in case it was COD, forget it and in case you have paid for the same and it has not been delivered, you may take an action under the consumer laws.
