Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I purchased flat from builder,he registered on my name but he not complete all work and eminits not give to me C C nd OC ask me to pay maintenance charges other wise, all facilities like watchman Common ariya lightings sweeper discontinued.pls help me what to do?

If the amenities as promised in the agreement have not been provided to you, it would amount to deficiency in service and you can seek remedy in consumer forum. Add an application u/s 13 for interim relief of resuming the facilities. You should pay the maintenance charge and you are free to seek relief for earlier deficiency.
