Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i have received a legal notice for non payment of a bill long ago with tata photon connection. i want to know can the company send a notice after so much time, it has been almost 2 years?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The crux of the matter is not the delay in sending you the legal notice, but whether you have used the service without having paid for it. If yes, you need to reply to the notice stating the actual facts.
