Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I have not served my complete notice period for that if I m paying the said recovery amount whatever it will be, after that m I eligible to get no dues left letter from last organization and experience letter.

And can they create issue in withdrawing the PF?

Also when I contacted to HR they said after paying the said amount I will only get no dues left letter not exp. Letter?

Please help

No the company can not with-hold your experience letter and they can not create any problem in your withdrawal of PF.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you are repaying the salary for the notice period not served by you in the Company, your employer is legally bound to issue you both, a "no dues" certificate and an employment certificate. The Provident Fund office entitles you to withdraw you entire PF if you so wish to.
