Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir i already paid all auto car loan with fine on last due date. but after year hdfc bank till date neither they give me noc doc or clear my civil. i already sattelment the credit card atleast 4 year before. give me proper guideance.

Serve a legal notice through a lawyer calling upon the bank to give the NOC and to clear your name in CIBIL. If it does not oblige, file a consumer complaint.
