Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hello sir , yesterday morning (16-02-2014) there is a offer of Dell mouse for 33 rs and shipping charge is 39 rs , actual price is 375 rs in shopclues.com. I have placed a order for it, I have paid the money with online payment. I got a conformation for that product. I again visited the site at evening time. I have seen my order status , In order status they have cancelled my order and had sent to eMail. I need that product , what I have to do Sir ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should request the company to provide you with the reason for cancellation of your order. If they are unable to supply, ask them to refund the money.
