Sir/Ma'am
I took services of cable TV operator when he charged us rs.150/month within few month the service charge is increased to rs. 250. When I'm returning his set-top box he is refusing us to return our money. Tata DTH is cheaper according to my need what should I do?

Amount paid for purchase of set top box is non-refundable. You can switch over to the new service provider if you are convinced that his services are better.
