my brother have liablity of someone approx 4 lacs. and he gived my 2 blank cheque to him. and now he deposite the chque in his bank and both are bounce bcs i dont have knldg of that. i dont have and kind of liabilty to him. so wt i do now

you must contest as you were not liable. when you receive the notice, you must send your reply.

you may reply to the notice to be sent by the person and then take the defence that the cheques were blank. what is the proof of liability.
