Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

My dad has been framed wrongly in a chit-fund case. As a result of which, we are getting news of all bank accounts of the members of the company, being seized!

I am currently into business, the account of which is in the name of my dad. If the account gets seized, all my transactions will come to halt. What can I do to re-open my account, once it gets seized.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Think and be proactive, don't get caught reacting. Open a Bank A/c in your personal name and transfer the balance from your father's bank A/c to your bank A/c before it is seized.
