Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in China

Dear Sirs,

My company is chinese, based in Shanghai, but owned by italian and chileans.

Last year we got an agent in Delhi for the promotion of our products in India: Machines and spare parts for the production of polyester buttons.

At the end of last year, we exported goods to the agent, in order to sell them in the local market and he supposed to pay us back after selling them, thing that never happened. The amount is around USD20.000-30.000. We have the invoices, emails and all documentation that it proves all this.

I would like to know what legal alternatives I have in order to have a chance to get the money back.

I would be glad to receive some legal proposals.

The agent is in India,you need to go to India court to solve the problem.
