Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pakistan

Hello,

My father passed away and has some money in bank account. And he has some debt as well.Can we pay the debt with bank accounts money? because my step siblings want to claim the money which is in the bank. please advise.

first you have to file a case for the recovery of amount from the bank and then you can pay the debt..
