Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi,I took a personal loan around 6 yrs.back.After a year of taking it,I lost my job and since then I'm unable to pay my loan.I stayed in a rented place when took the loan and now moved to a different city permanently.no connection with the bank for years.frankly speaking they have no clue of my whereabouts.now have received a email from them,through some law firm stating the loan details and consequences of civil and criminal acts for non payment of my personal loan.

I am still unemployed so how can I reveal myself and pay my dues.kindly help me out.

how do you propose to pay the loan?? you say you are unemployed??If you are serious about getting out of the mess without a court case contact the bank ask them to refinance the loan and you can pay in easy installments. The litigation is onesided and chances of your succeeding are very less.
