Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

In the recent past i have been getting calls from people stating that they are calling from banks and patiyala house (not disclosing their names and speaking in appropriately) stating that i have not paid my credit card which is been taken in 2003 in Chennai.

The strange part is that they give me an address where the cc was delivered which I'm unaware off and the truth is that i have not taken any card ( never signed and received)in that year as i was already relocated to Delhi in 2002 as the company i was working(which they have in their records) in Chennai closed down... the documents they have is my passport copy which i submitted in that company wheni was working..I have had cards also have homeloan which i have never defaulted... I need a legal advice on how to proceed against this case..

Regards,
