Respected Sir,

My self Biswajit Das,I have a query if I will pay some money to any one against his promise to return me in a period.If The person deny to pay the amount Can I cause against the person?

Dear Biswajit,

Yes, you can lodge a Police complaint against the opposite person who refuses to repay the money and you can also legally sue for recovery.
