Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can accused be discharged after framing of charges on filing application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C in 498a case where that court did not have territorial Jurisdiction? .

the accused cant be discharged if charges are framed once, the provisions of sec 239 crpc are pre framing of charges if magistrate consider the police case groundless he ll discharge otherwise frame charges under sec 240., and after that accused cant be discharged., for further assistance call at 9015483699
