What is arbitration court at Gujarat high court ? Can I file 125 ,domestic, 498 case at arbitrastion court of gujarati highcourt ?

FORGET ARBITRATION. file 125 CrPC complaint against husband only if you cannot maintain your ownself. File a complaint in the court of Area MM or Mahila court/MM. For 498A file a complaint against the husband and his relatives at the crimes against women cell in the area you reside and pray for registration of FIR .

This a very grave step. this will entail a lot of stress and monetary expenses. Hence kindly take it as a last recourse. Send them a legal notice/ simple communication for mediation after speaking to them in advance.
