Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh

I am a Bangladeshi citizen. I changed my job last year Nov 16. After than my previous company claims 13 hundred thousand (13 lacks) taka and after that I am giving that company's name 2 cheque which date was 16.04.17 & 16.05.17. My 1st cheque dishonored 17th of this month 1ST time. They file a case 21 of this month and unbelievably issued a warent 22 of this month.Police arrest me 23 and I bail from Court 24 of this month. NOW MY QUESTION TO YOU, WAS THAT KIND OF ACTION WERE RIGHT FROM MY PREVIOUS COMPANY. WHAT CAN I DO NOW.

It is very for me to give you proper advise without scrutinizing all the relevant papers, including cheques, the petition filed by your previous company and the notices sent by the said company. If any serious legal irregularity is found then it is possible to quash the proceedings from Hon'ble High Court Division, in this regard seek further advice from your lawyer. In regard to taking any legal action against your previous company you must have a proper cause of action. From the fact it is not clear how you are aggrieved from any action of your previous company. Please contact a criminal lawyer for further assistance.
