Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nigeria
My brother connected somebody to get employed and the girl made away with her employer's money and left the town. My brother was arrested and imprisoned....The lady was sighted in far away town, while my brother remains in remands. What legal step should we take? Thank you

Did your brother stand as a guarantor to the girl in question or on what basis was he remanded? Since you know where the girl is engage the services of the police to effect her arrest then take her to the station where your brother is being remanded.
