Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello,
My brother has purchase the stolen bike part, but the police arrest him from last 4 days and now i have to take bail for my brother so i have to show ration card in court. Do they put the case number and stamp on ration card. Please help me what procedure do i need to follow.
