a car repair agency has given us the job card of rs 7000 on defect of car chamber and oil lekage repairing and give us the time of 10 days to get back our vehicle from the agency. After 10 days agency phone call came to us and again demandinrs 75,000/ more and we objected on this they said that if we show this amount to the consumer then the consumer will irretrate so we asked them slowly slowly what I will doat this stage I have ready to pay with my half heart . But disgusting happened when again agencys phone came and demanded Rs 95,000/more for repair of the engine and head I was even offer them that you talk to ur senior and take ur 10 15 thousand with u and complete my work in 60,000 only then he who was on the line said me ok I talk to my senior and then contact me. when no phone had came to me after passage of some days then I ivisited the agency and I surprise to see this that now my car repair bill is rs 1,23,000/ and agency person said who are u we will not talk to u we will talk to the person who brought the car here and whose signature is in the job card. when some arguments held then they were ready to compensate with rs 1,16,ooo/ and giving me the discount of rs 7000 and threatened me otherwise go to the court because they have the phone recording. now in which section I can send legal notice to them and how
