My case is 302 IPC. Six months back, someone registered a case against me. Three months back I am released in bail. When will I get summons for court? How many days will it take for a charge sheet? 302 ipc fir quash will happen in after chargesheet?

You will get summons when Charge sheet is filed in the Court. For filing of charge sheet, no time is fixed. IO should be contacted. Quashing of FIR may be filed at any stage.

The Investigating officer may take its sweet time in completing the investigation and filing the charge sheet/final report. At this stage you cannot help or intervene. Even, until charge sheet is filed, there is no question of quashing of FIR. In my opinion, once charge sheet is filed, and on examination of charge sheet you do not find any evidence to implicate you in 302, instead of going for quashing, point out and argue on charge.
