Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have been charged with dhara 452 , 294, 323 and 506. Out of these 2 are non-compoundable. If both parties agree to compromise, can we compound and dismiss that FIR against me.

In a non-compoundable offence, you need permission of the court for quashing of FIR.
