In our city . A minor(16 1/2 yrs) used a local pistol(homemade) and injured a second one's leg .
Will he have to go to jail or to correction house ,If yes than for how much months.

Punishment in a criminal case always depends upon facts and circumstances of the case and evaluation of evidence made by the court. In this case, since the accused is Juvenile, he may tried by the Juvenile Justice Board.
