he complinant mistoook A as B and states the name of B in the complaint whether B cn be arrested?

name of A is registered in the FIR since A impersonates as B?

complainat has never seen B whereas he alleges that he met B on a date?

Complainant makes different statement in his complaint and statement recorded thereafter?

in the complaint he states that demand was made directly wheras in the statement he says the demand was made by his attorney after discussion with the govt servat on a regional lang. which he did not understand?

If somebody is accused of a cognisable offence, police have power of arrest.

In case of some error or mistake in the FIR or statement, police can investigate and bring correct facts on record.
