hello sir, first let me tell you my purpose of writing letter to you, i need wise advice from a senior lawyer regarding the problem i have been facing. I am a medical student in Chennai. Although i belong to North. I have been staying in Chennai for a quite long. Recently I did book luggage through a logistic service. Which promised me to deliver the luggage at the destination in 6 days. Its already a month and there is no tracking facility available on his website. When i called him he demanded me some money to deposit through bank account. i tried to trace his office address but i am not able to locate it. I have already recorded all call which i made to him. But i am scared to go to police regarding the same. Weather they will register my complain or not? Wether they will brush aside my complain considering me a guy from out state? Should it be in form of complain or F.I.R . Should i go to consumer forum? Should i go try to meet S.P of the concerned zone? Will they help in trapping such person and help me recovering my and luggage and save others from falling in victim? What will happen once i recover my luggage, will the accused threaten me?

Sir, I am in dilemma, i dont know what to do. if you feel comfortable, I can call you and get the advice.

this is deficiency of service you can straight away file a complaint before the consumer forum in chennai. But before that you will need to trace their address. if you cant do that then you can also make a complaint to the police giving the details of the case. If you need to stand for your right I dont think you should be scared. fofurther query call 9312411481
