Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my cousin had done suicide by burning himself on 6th of Jun-17, he passed away on 7th Jun-17 at ahmedabad. My uncle (His Father) and his wife (my bhabhi) did FIR on 26th of July-17 (at Ahmedabad) against my mom, myself (Manjula) and my husband. my cousin brother had not given our name in DD. I have a joint family, all are living in one bunglow. I am staying in Jamnagar. Actually my uncle had done false case against us to get property for my widow mother. Me and my husband were in Jamnagar at that time on duty (we both are working in private). This case is totally false but my bhabhi and my uncle is trying to seize my mother's property. We have filed quashing against 306 and 114. Pls give suggestions to come out of this false case.
