Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If CRPC is a procedural law then how it has retrospective effect in delhi rape case where new law was passed in march 2013 but incident was happened in december 2012 and accused were convicted under new law??

Cr P C does not deal with punishment. It prescribed procedure for trials / appeals etc in respect of a criminal matter/case.
