Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Dear Experts i am in problem plz help me. I have recieved notice of istagasa from majestrate with offence "Money landing act 2007" now this is non baleable offence and majestrate is asking to me to go and take the bail and them come to me with muchalkay so can u tell me if this offense is non baleable then how can i take bale or in istagasa sense there is another view of ASJ regarding this case.

My lawyer is asking me that we will give muchaklay to majestrate and then with draw the bale so is it ok i mean is there any law of this please helpme as soon as

Procedure adopted by magistrate is totally illegal.In the first place this offence can only be tried by court of session. Secondly offence is non- bailable which means he must pass specific bail order so as not to deal it as bailable. Whole proceedings may be challenged in highcourt.
