one party has fled istagasa aganinst me in front of level 1 majestrate so what can i do now should i take stay from HC or what is my next step

If that Istagasa is, a counter blast to a criminal case lodged by you, and is filed with clear malfides and no legal grounds, then there are chances that HC may declare it not-maintainable. Otherwise you will have to defend yourself in the court of law.

Dear,criminal proceedings can not be stayed. ISTIGHASA is criminal proceeding so it can not be stayed.For advising you for proper legal remedy it will be better that you send us the copy of that ISTIGHASA and after analysing the contents and allegations levelled against you i will guide you for further legal action and remedy.
