Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear respected sir/madam
I mahesh b khatri...chela sarang maharaj.from mumbai want to know your advice.
25 years ago my guruji mkd a vill to my name n nominy....and kpt it in a bank,s locker.due to me miner in nominy form my brother was gardian....after few days my guruji was dead in behalf me.i was in mumbai that time n all is done in ajmer rajasthan.
At that time some one else gon in bank with my name n a duplicate afidevit...with two govt witness n forged bank n me also.not only in bank evn post office n all other places where was i nominy.
My guru s death was suspect n i was dont know when he was no more.i knew after 2 years.
Due to me miner i was aneble to know about law n other funda....about sadhu sant asharam math'property.
Now he is doing again that crime with use of my name n afidafit in other ashram of my guruji which is in uttarkashi uttarkhand.
I m in mumbai the real mahesh.....my dupli....is in ajmer..
.he is doing crime in uttarkashi.how can i stop this???
My prob...is all avidance of me is under his costody.i have only voice recording of his crime which he done that time n again now.
I guaranty so many avidances r in his costody today.only i know what that.
How can i recive all evi...from him....if i m going with law then he will alart n can distroy all avi...
Also he is reletive of my guruji....but i know law about ki no reletive of a sadhu can ocup.,..his property after death.
Pl advice how can i find bank record...i remember only locker no..of that time.by r t i act bank is saying he do not have record after8/10 years.
I think you can ustd my prob in this.pl advice.thx.
