I have given compliant agianst nri person residing in texas for cheating of money i got online compliant number BAK 1848056 on 20/06/2018 but the person is in india. the chennnai policeis under enquiry how to stop to migrate to us could you help me for that

Dear Sir/Madam,
Since you've already lodged a complaint at police station having FIR filed against him, then ask respective jurisdiction police to arrest him through locating whereabouts without flee.
